TESU publishes a recent syllabus for each course, you don't need to ask a fellow student. It's not guaranteed that the syllabus doesn't change by the time you take a course, but neither would it be if you asked a fellow student.
Go to
https://www.tesu.edu/degrees-programs/courses/index.php
click through to course description for the course you're interested in such as
https://www2.tesu.edu/ucourse.php?Course...S-4210&sem=
then near the bottom of that page, click "Preview the Online Syllabus"
GS courses have individual writing assignments that substitute for the discussions in OL courses. The University Bookstore will list the current textbooks for upcoming terms, which might differ from the textbooks in the preview syllabus.

You're using the flat rate fee to take the 12 credits towards the residency requirements, you want to make sure you've got enough time to finish these classes, if you need, you can ask for an extension for one or two of the classes, you'll need to have at least 50% complete and your professors approval.
