Thank you! That sounds good. I tried enrolling in a similar program last year from one of the CA freebies, and I was given a special hold on my account that I could not enroll in online courses. This one might be different, though!

I just applied for Gav 4 Free and I'm a Texas resident. We'll see how it goes, though. If I can take a bunch of lower level courses for free then I will for the next two semesters. I am doing a liberal studies degree at TESU but want to finish an actual computer science degree, so I need to take a few math courses and low level stuff. I am also considering taking a second bachelor's and this will help knock out a lot of the lower level ones. That's of course if they reciprocate with TESU!
TCC - AAS in Information Technology & AAS in Website Management, May 2015
Coursera - IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Certificate, April 2023
TESU - Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, June 2024
UMGC - Master of Science in Digital Forensics, Expected August 2026
Arizona State University - Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, Expected October 2025
Dallas College - Certificate in Private Investigation, Expected May 2025
*JFK School of Law (National University) - Juris Doctor (planned)

TESU does not reciprocate, but they do accept practically anything from RA schools and universities. If you list the classes you're interested in, we can tell you if they're likely to work at TESU for what you want.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

I couldn't get registered for classes. Advising told me there was an out-of-state hold on my account, and I would have to talk to Admissions to get it lifted. Finally talked to someone in admissions who told me "I'm sorry, we cannot lift it. We're not allowed to offer classes to out-of-state students. Only California residents. There are other colleges in the system that you could take classes with, but we're not allowed."

Maybe I can enroll in Luna Community College to defer my student loans at low cost. *shrugs*

I applied and have still yet to hear anything back from them. I'm assuming I'm in the same boat as Rey Mysterioso with being out of state. Weird they allow some people and not others.
