Certifications

This might not be the right place to post this topic, but I'll give it a shot. I am currently active duty Navy and I am working towards completing certifications. One big one I am interested in completing is the Project Management Professional. Does anyone here have any knowledge of what i should expect when i start working towards completing it? There are other certifications I want to finish but that is one I want in the near future. Any help us appreciated.

Here is a program for veterans and active duty(who are separating within 6 months) that offers training for various certs(including PMP) and will pay for the first cert.

I used it as one of the sources to study for the CISA. It wasn't bad. I ended up downloading the audio and putting it on my phone to listen to in the car.
