Does anybody know if COSC evaluates courses that they classify as > 200 as UL? I think they are still evaluating my transcripts but I see some of my FAA licenses and certifications classified as GEN750, ITE 450, etc. Is it safe to assume that those are going to be evaluated as UL?

I don't know for sure, but its entirely possible. Tesc rates the A&P as mostly UL, and Charter Oak will often rely on the evaluation of other schools on assigning credit. So....probably. you should check how ACE evaluates your training....it may not be there, but if it is COSC will likely follow that recomendation

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

COSC evaluated my FAA Commercial Pilot's License as LL. That sucks and I was really hoping for to evaluate it as UL. Is there any way to make a case for them to accept it as an UL course?

You can always try....helps if you can point to a place (like TESC) that evaluates it as UL.

Thanks... I guess other qualifications are assessed on a case by case basis? I have a couple of things to submit to COSC (CAPM mainly) and I wanted to make sure they went in as UL. I thought if TESC had a list of how the quals were assessed it would help my case.

COSC evaluated my pilots license as LL & put all the credits in free electives. COSC will almost always place any ACE evaluated credits as being general electives & will not apply them to Gen Ed's or concentration requirements.... At least that was my experience. But on the plus side, it was free credits!!
