Charter Oaks BS Psychology

I need to talk to my adviser about some of these same requirements, let me do that and get back to you. I'm taking a Uexcel tomorrow so it'll be a day or two

Yes, I just read your review on the stats course. Did you take it via COSC because they would not accept any alternative courses or because you preferred the course offering at COSC? It actually looks like a useful and interesting course.

Thank you! I look forward to hearing your feedback after speaking with them. I think I may prefer to complete this degree at COSC. I really like that they have a Cognition and Learning concentration. However the time and cost may be so much more than just completing it at TESU, if all of these courses need to be completed traditionally. So I am undecided at this point.

Which UExcel exam are you taking? Good luck on it! Smile

I took it at COSC bc I needed 2 courses for full enrollment and I'd just as soon take it there and get financial aid for it as take it at BYU for a few hundred less, tbh.

From what my adviser told me, COSC does not waive the Cornerstone so I had to take that. So I did those two and I'll do the Capstone and 1 more in 2020 to maintain full enrollment then. I hope those are the only courses I have to take for this degree from COSC itself.

I would have been happy to do this degree at TESU but they say no third degrees and they count my double degree as 2 so that's that. Tbh if TESU allowed it I would like to have about 3 more from them, but what can you do. Anyway I don't doubt that TESU would be cheaper so if you're not decided you might look at them. For sure if they don't make you do the intro course it would be cheaper just from that.

COSC's online course set up is counter intuitive in many ways and I felt TESU's was easier to navigate. But COSC adds your credits faster and 8 week terms instead of 12 is pretty nice. So really it's just up to you how you want to do it.

for the Uexcel I'm taking World Conflicts since 1900. I hope I have it covered but you never know. I'll let you guys know how it went tomorrow afternoon.
