Hello all,
I am 6 units away from receiving my BA-Psych from TESC. My class starts on June 1st. My question is for my wife. She has about 30 units in Child Development courses (Ece). I know that TESC does not have a Child Development degree but I was wondering where the Child Development units would fall on the degree plan for a BA-Liberal Studies. Any info is greatly apprieciated.
Thanks,

She should look into Charter Oak which has programs in Child and Youth Development, Child Studies, Child Studies with a focus in Montessori Studies, and Early Childhood Studies.
Charter Oak State College - Concentrations (Majors) and Fields of Study
At TESC, the Foundations of Education DSST is considered a free elective. If your wife's courses are transcribed as education courses, then they won't fit anywhere in the liberal studies program. If any of her courses involve psychology or sociology, then they will fit in the program as social science credits.

Thanks, I think that would be the best fit. We were also looking at WGU. Any thoughts about which would be best?
