Hmm, it's interesting that they're tagging courses with an extra fee just because they're in the College of Engineering.

The funding option is for assistantships which aren't typically available to online students. The fees are kind of weird but I am seeing quite a few universities/colleges have different tuition rates for different colleges/schools.
