Thanks, planning on it!  Dennis keeps intercepting emails though... lol

So, takeaways from Dennis (who I don't know that I trust):
ASU Business Process Management does not count as an upper level CIS elective
TESU Software Engineering can fulfill both CS and CIS upper level electives (even though there are already 3 overlapping classes in AOS)
Sophia Business Communication will fulfill MAN-373 - Managerial Communications (but Sophias Principles of Management will NOT)

Only 3 classes can overlap in the AOS with the BA CS and CIS degree.

Saylor's Software Engineering now counts as LL credit as ACE updated it.

ASU Business Process Management doesn't count as CIS UL?

That is what Dennis told us after looking into it.  But, apparently someone else was told it did count.

You can always schedule to chat with an advisor, I would do the calendar activity and schedule it with Don or Patricia.

I just confirmed with Patricia. ASU Business Process Management does NOT come in as CIS-440 Business Process Management. It comes in as OPM 420. So it does not count as CIS upper level.

Gotta love the inconsistent answers. Don told my son otherwise and noted it in his program notes.

So, how is something like this handled?  Patricia's answer reflected she was annoyed because we pressed her several times about this.  She first said no, then we replied saying that another student had received an answer from admissions saying it did come in as CIS 440.  She replied back emphatically that no, it did not - it came in as OPM 420.

You could try setting up an appointment with Don, but it seems to be hit or miss on that class at this point.

Gonna bite the bullet and transfer in ASU Business Process Management in a few days when I'm eligible if there hasn't been a concrete answer yet. I'm fairly confident it'll transfer in as CIS-440 Business Process Management if they already have that on file. BPM is historically a CIS course at most college so it would be an odd change to move it as a OPM course....OPM 420 is supply management which isn't even related to BPM...
