Course options for Health Information Mgmt AAS ?

Wondering if anyone here is familiar with options for earning Health Info course credits. There is a junior college nearby that offers HITT classes at a reasonable rate, particularly for in-district students. I believe all classes are available online. Net cost for 12 credit hours should be around $1000 (tuition, fees, books, less books resale). So $250 per class.

Maybe 3 required courses can be taken for less money, and probably less investment of time- Pathophysiology, Medical Terminology, and Anatomy & Physiology. It appears those can be SL, Study.com, or CLEP.

Any ideas or thoughts on alternative ways of earning credits for these courses?
I know the college accepts CLEP and AP, not sure yet about other sources.
