I earned an Associate's degree in 1986 and a Bachelor's degree a few years later, probably about 1990. Are these college credits too old to be counted now toward a new degree if I start now with something like TESC?
Thanks!

yes, depends what you're trying to get TESU. If it's all IT/Comp Science courses, no. Those has a limit of 5-7 years and some courses 10 years.
If it is NOT in the Area Of Study, those courses should transfer over just fine (such as lower level courses or UL as long as it's not in the AOS).

Getting a second degree with the Big 3 should be easy for you. Just show 30 new credits post your last BS degree.

Well they had no issues with all of my CC credits from 1980-1988. Only some computer courses have a time limit, and I think that's only if used in the AOS.
Now since you have a bachelor's, you fall under the rules for a second degree. See the following:

I had a few courses transfer into my AOS from 20+ years ago. But they weren't computer/IT courses, they were liberal arts. So it just depends on your area of study/major.

Okay, this is a nagging question. According to your signature, you have 376 credits (excepting FEMA IS)...How many degrees do you have and what do you plan to use all of that credit for? How much is Upper Division? Any Graduate credits?
Also, that course use is particularly astonishing.

These are my non-traditional credits. I think I have about 60-70 UL in these as non-tradioanal credits. Mabey more if you count that two of Big 3 count some LL as UL. I do this for life-long learning. I am working on a second BS with intent. I have numerous AS degrees and College Certificates by default, but not design nor intent. Only one AAS by intent. None of the below listed are Grad credits.

Has Intro to Statistics (Math) course really changed since 1983?

Probably not. I meant more that Excelsior didn't throw some sort of fit about it. Some schools put a sort of expiration-date on all credits because, "Educational standards change." Even a CC near me refuses to consider credits more than 10 years old (even Gen Ed courses) for transfer.
I don't know how much an Algebra or Stats course can change, it's not like Math PhD's are really studying the stuff you find in an Intro to X textbook on math.
