Apply to both and see which one you like best, be it PUG or UMPI, you don't specifically need a BACJ to get into a Masters degree, the main requirements for entry or prerequisites are needed. For example, Walden's MSCJ just requires a bachelors, so the UMPI BLS CJ-Pre Law works fine, so does the PUG you mentioned... See which one would get to your Masters quicker...

Agreed. Once I was finally able to access the course catalog from a different computer since for some reason I can't access it on my phone or laptop, I saw what the BLS was.
I think the biggest thing is can I knock out the 10+ courses needed for residency in one term at either school. I know it's technically possible, just pushing the line with waiting for grading. I did the math and if I can get the residency done in one term at either school it comes out as a wash financially (with additional courses/subscriptions needed for UMPI). I'm still working my way through some MOOCS for general knowledge in CJ, so that I feel comfortable with
