Critique my degree plan (for Dec. TESU grad)
#1
I'm coming on the deadline for Dec. grad at TESU, and since I'll only be sending in one more ACE transcript (because $$$) I was wondering if anyone could be a second/third/fourth pair of eyes and critique my degree plan to make sure I'm not missing anything?

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...sp=sharing

For the AOS where multiple class options were given, the ones in hot pink are the ones I've taken/am planning to take.

THANK YOU! Super excited that I'm this close! Big Grin

I had a 79% in Managerial Accounting and a 91% in Financial Accounting.
It won't really matter which one you decide, I would actually recommend taking both.
Then remove one of the courses in your MAN section of the AOS if you haven't taken it.
BTW, what's with all the Liberty courses? Those are expensive! Remove labor relations

Liberty? Already took them before I found TESU. :p So it's just stuff from my old transcript. Not all of us got into ACE credit soon enough. :p

I'm done with Labor Relations except for the final exam so I'm going to do that...I found MAN courses quicker/easier for me. So just need one Accounting class.

If you have a lot of time for Study.com, I would recommend one of their accounting courses vs either of these Straighterline courses as it's just $70. If you don't use Straighterline, it'll be a membership + course fee. I would only take Straighterline if you already are paying for the membership. Since you're going to be doing Study.com, try cramming for that one course and for $70.

I do have a Straighterline membership running; I'm knocking out some other courses with them. So the appeal of SL is the open-book policy; I don't feel as comfortable having to do math and formulas from memory.

I wanted to graduate December as well... How do you know if you make the cut off? When do I have to start Capstone?

You won't be able to graduate in December if you haven't already started the capstone.  You can register now for the October term, which will end in mid-December.

You have to apply October 1 to graduate in December.

They will start auditing your eval in early November, and again in mid-November.  If you don't have a grade for your Capstone by then (and you won't as it doesn't end until December 17), they will push you to March graduation automatically.
