Cultural Diversity ECE

I have a lot of questions about the Cultural Diversity ECE. Is it all multiple choice? Any tips for taking ECE's? My daughter has never taken any before, only CLEPs and DSSTs. I've already checked out the feedback section and she'll use the study notes from there. Should she buy the 3 textbooks? How long does it take to get an approval to test letter after you register? Is there a practice exam for this test? If so, when should she register for the practice test?
