I pay for the Internet. TV is free via a desktop antenna. The Internet has Tubitv.com and pluto.tv for free viewing. My phone is Tracfone which is 20 dollars every three months.

Pretty much what I would do as well, get a device to use your internet connection with to get TV, and use a cell phone...

I think my ISP is charging me way too much for my bundle. I'm paying for Internet, phone, and TV. I don't use the phone, and I think my TV usage will be satisfied by streaming.
Please share any recommendations regarding Google Chromecast, or other streaming devices
currently I utilize the Internet for general surfing and professional Zoom via my Desktop and android phones (via Wi Fi)
So...
I went ahead and got a Chromecast forTV viewing. I really like it. I did subscribe to a couple of pay channels but only the specific ones I wanted. Thank you for suggestions. XFinity was quite pleasant regarding just keeping high-speed Internet there are so many good options. I'm pretty much all-in with Google I have Google-Fi for my mobile phones. I love it. The cost cannot be beat as far as I can see. I will get Google Fiber as soon as it becomes available in my area. All of the content I want is available via the Google Chromecast. Next I will be shopping for an All-in-One Desk top. Perhaps a Chromebase. I am very Happy with how well my twenty year-old HP PC has held up

I would opt for a mini PC versus an All-in-One desktop.
Even the Apple mac mini can be bought for under $500.

Wow! that would be a significant savings. However, I'm also thinking about the display and sound system. would you just go with the twenty year-old monitor and speakers? or purchase new, state of the art stuff? Many of the all-in-ones offer touch=screen high resolution monitors, and have speakers included in the base.

This PC speaker sounds as loud as a home stereo system and is only $50

PC monitors are pretty cheap. You can get a 32" for $150

And a Just wow! experience with Amazon Customer Service. I ordered the mini PC directly from the manufacturer. I ordered the monitor from Amazon. It's a teleconferencing monitor. After setting everything up, I was disappointed that the integrated camera and microphone did not function well. I contacted Amazon and asked for a replacement. Within a day and a half the new monitor arrived and it works perfectly.
I am indeed happier with the mini PC than I would have been with the All-in-One. Thanks again!

Curious about which one you got. Windows PC? How big is the monitor?
