My son went in to take the DSST Intro to Business today and take advantage of the $10 off promo before it expires. There was a glitch going on in the system today, when he clicked "Launch Test" it took him straight to the Score page and said his score was cancelled. The test admin called Prometrics, they acknowledged there was some system wide issue going on but they couldn't resolve it for him to still take the test today. The test center admin said I would get an email when they refund the test and I guess clear it from his system and then I can reschedule him to take the exam. Here's the thing though, what if this isn't resolved and we're unable to reschedule the test until after the 31st? I'll lose the $10 off? Is it likely I can get them to issue me another $10 off code? Has anyone had any success with Prometric's customer service with a similar issue?

Thankfully, I haven't read a lot of members say something like this has happened to them. Technically, I would think they would make it right for you guys- emotionally, yikes. I know my own nerves would have been shot after that!!
