Director mistaken for bank robber...

Hmm... I don't blame the bank teller, the note was too general, and she was just worried about her safety (and her "on-the-way" baby).  Wouldn't management have done something more besides apologize for this?  I think there should be more training for things that "shouldn't have happened".

I tried walking into a bank one time with sunglasses and someone with an eagle eye locked the doors remotely before I could open the door!

Not to give them excuses, but some of them are on edge.
