ECE assessment - will COSC accept a 'pass' grade?

Just received my transcript assessment from ECE for some college courses I did in the UK. One of the courses didn't give a grade - just a pass/fail. ECE have given the course a US credit value, but just marked the grade as 'pass' as per the original assessment. Will COSC accept this?
