Does Excelsior allow someone to have an area of focus in humanities, social sciences, physical sciences, etc, or are those too general?

I sent the LA advisors an email asking this, but I thought someone here may already have this information.

It was a pleasure to hear from you today.

Unfortunately, an Area of Focus (AoF) is designed to be more specific than just Humanities or Social Sciences and would require that you choose a specific discipline (ie. Psychology, Sociology).
