The percentage in Aleks can be found using the following:
At the very top corner you will see the following options: HELP WORKSHEET INBOX REPORT OPTIONS English EXIT Click Report , Then scroll to the bottom of the page. It will show your assessments there in the following format: Assessment Percentage + Pie Progress So if your initial assessment was 30% and you have progressed 5% since your last assessment it will show 30 + 5% To complete the class you need to work the pie enough to get to a point where you have an assessment at 70% (or higher). I would highly recommend using mathway to learn how to do the problems. I found it useful to use in conjunction with aleks definitions. Clicking explain on the problems and saving or printing the explanation has been helpful for me too. If this doesn't make sense or you have any other questions I can help with feel free to inbox me.

Look at the individual topics in the syllabus and search them on YouTube.
I was in a similar situation. In order to start my prereqs I needed Intermediate Algebra OR an appropriate score on the CPT. I studied for the CPT using YouTube and other study guides. I scored in the top percentile (complete surprise to me). The adviser (snarl) told me I would need to meet with the head of the math department in order to determine my placement. I dead panned, "I don't plan on taking any math." That process allowed me to start A&P I and complete all of my science prereqs. Statistics is a requirement for my program, so I took Business Statistics with Straighterline (they did not have intro at that time). I sent my transcript to ACE then the ACE transcript to SPC and crossed my fingers. It showed up on my transcript with the correct course number. I was accepted into the nursing program and graduate in a few weeks!

I have gotten 2 65%s and a 90%. My accumulative is only at 27.5%. I am pretty sure I will fail, so my question is...If I pay to take the class again will the questions be the same, or are they random each time? In my experience they have a bunch of questions for each test that they pull from. Sometimes they will be repeats. When I took SL's Bio lab I got to repeat two of the quizzes (long story). They were each about ten questions total and half of those questions were the same as the previous version of the test I took. Half were different.
