Hello, i’ve hunted all the universities globally but it seems only one university which is globalnxt university may fit me. I’m looking for an online DBA, not in USA or Canada and because as with other universities, i’m not wanting their grading scale as I feel it’ll be pressuring to get minimum 84% etc. I need a program that is accredited by the government or can be WES approved. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a really strange self-limitation, IMHO. Zero people will care about your GPA so long as you complete the program.
