Fearing ‘Auto-Reject,’ Foreign US College Grads Weigh Going Home

International students face many challenges when trying to gain employment in the U.S.

I debated posting this article because of the numerous references to Trump. He has floated the idea of giving green cards to all college graduates.

Another potential improvement would be allowing students to work while still in college.

Despite Trump's floated messages, the reality is that many permanent residents and students are having their status revoked after attempting to return to the U.S. from a visit abroad:

I disagree with Trump on this.

The racket pipeline of international students coming to the UK, Canada and US as a backdoor to residency is out of control. It's gotten to the point of insanity in Canada with their housing crisis. A degree should not be a pipeline to a Green Card. That is asinine.

Come here and study but go home after and enrich your own country. There aren't enough "white collar" jobs to go around and Americans should take priority.

The Guardian (surprisingly) had a good video on this issue in Canada.
