Received an email from Davar and thought quite a few people here would be interested in it.

Quote: We wanted to let you know that a new course is now available.
Business Law (LAW 201) is 3 credit upper level and transfers to TESU as LAW-201.
Just as with all our Business courses, the cost is $70.

LAW-201 is actually a lower level course; strange that they describe it otherwise.

100-200 lower level
300-400 upper level

Doesn't the Bus. Law CLEP also come in as LAW-201...

The issue is not the coding of the course, but the upper level description. I'm guessing it's a typo. (shrugs)

It looks like NCCRS has said it is UL credit, but TESU brings it in as LL. Not that it matters though, because even if they did say it was UL, it doesn't matter in the core - UL only counts at TESU in the AOS. It wouldn't matter if every single class/exam you take for the BSBA at TESU is LL, as long as you have 12cr of UL in the AOS.

I thought it was 15 UL in AOS plus the capstone (making it 18). Did I misinterpret something?

This is for the BSBA only - 12cr of UL in the AOS. For other degrees, it's 18cr of UL in the AOS, including the Capstone.
