My apologies if this has been posted previously, but Gateway Education has courses that are already pre-approved at a few universities, including WGU, SNHU, and UMass Global to name a few. None of the Big 3 are listed, but the fees are 99 USD per month, plus 55 USD for the actual course fee. The courses are also ACE approved for credit and you just need to score 70% to get the course transferred. You can also get a refund if you do not pass in some instances. My brother found these courses, while searching online, so hes going to test them out to see if UMPI will take the Microbiology course with the Lab. I will let you know the results.

Interesting, I think I found them a while back but probably couldn't find pricing details at the time. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, very interesting, they're great competition for StraighterLine as their listed courses are very similar, not just that but their pricing scheme is about the same as well... $95/month subscription membership and $55/course... They have about 45 courses vs about 60 for StraighterLine! Having said that, Sophia.org remains the best option for ACE provider of lower level courses and Study.com remains the best option for upper level.

They have a few options that nobody else has for that price; and maybe they're better than SL in their format? It would be interesting to check them out. A sample of a class on their website would be helpful.

The list of courses looks familiar... I remember seeing "Beer & Wine in Western Culture" somewhere before, but I remember it either being more expensive or not ACE.

Does anyone know what their courses are like? I'm thinking about taking a course here that's hard to find elsewhere
