Getting something notarized
#11
Check your local UPS store. The one here close to Gulfstream has one. You are correct as to make a copy of the front and back side of you A&P certificate. I've already been down this path.

It was the THIRD bank I hit today that I finally got my license notarized. First one, lady didn't even have a stamp. She wanted me to go and make a copy of the stamp itself, and put it in separate paper, and return to her. I thanked her and went on to another bank. The other bank flat out said they couldn't notarize it because in her examples, she didn't feel comfortable to sign an FAA license copy. It wasn't either a marriage certificate, or other stuff. The third bank, which was another branch bank did it for me with no problem. I kind of knew this would play down like this. I did try the library first but all I got there was "Banks do it". So all in all, 4 attempts to get this notarized when it only took me the first time last time. Why did I know this would happen?
