Those are sales staff, you can't do much at all if you haven't received any correspondence or email with UMPI admissions. If you've applied, the deadline for applications is 12/12/2023, so you're early. I would wait a week or two before you contact UMPI, just make sure they have your application/enrollment completed and transcripts evaluated before 12/12/2023. Classes start 1/16/2024, you want to make sure a couple of weeks in advanced so you don't fall through the cracks... Wait for now.
