I know someone here thanked sanatone for telling them that the deadlines TESU has listed on their website for graduation dates for transcripts and credits being sent in isn't set it stone. However, does anyone know of an actual hard deadline of having everything turned in?

I don't think anyone knows that actual hard deadlines for graduation. The best bet is to apply for the first one you think you will be eligible for. The worst thing that can happen is you get bumped back another graduation. Once my transcripts get to TESU and I get my new evaluation I will be applying for Sept Graduation. Assuming everything goes through as it is planned (as it should it is one my eval as planned) then I will just be needing the TECEP for Fed Income Tax. I will probably have 3 shots at it before I would get moved to next graduation. June,July,August terms should all be in time (assuming I do the tecep early in August term)
Wow I am sorry I went on and on haha, anyways no one really knows the actual hard deadlines FOR the requirements. The actual applying for graduation is a hard deadline.

The application deadline is set in stone, the receiving of credits for graduation is not. They allow up to 2-3 weeks past that date.
For example, application deadline is Oct 1 for Dec graduation. You should have everything sent in at least by Oct 22 or so.
If there is a course or something that you still need to complete, tell them when you apply for graduation, it'll come in a little later.

Even their own website says that you can enroll in an August term for Dec graduation and the term barely ends by the time you state and grades don't necessarily come for a week (sometimes two) after that. A month before graduation (November 9 or 10) is entirely fine, and people have pushed to get those last credits in even later than that. There's probably a drop dead date, but we don't know what it is.

If you think you're going to be pushing the envelope, be sure to give your advisor a heads-up...they might be able to flag your account in anticipation of incoming credits, especially if you have some kind of documentation that the coursework is in progress and expected to be complete by then (exam ticket, registration confirmation for a semester-based class, proctor appointment form for final exam, etc). You could also ask the registrar, explaining the situation. They may have info/suggestions that they don't post publicly (because then everyone would be pushing the submission boundaries, lol.)

I am in a blitz to finish by october, but looks like it will end up getting pushed to Nov or Dec for me. Any ideas when you can graduate if you were to finish after October?

Read my previous post (#3). Basically, I think you can still graduate in december as long as you apply for graduation by Oct 1.
If not, you are going to be moved into the next graduating term, it is an automatic thing if you don't have your stuff complete.

Yeah, March graduation if you miss the Oct 1st deadline

Got it, thanks guys. I have a crapload of courses to do, it would be a pipe dream....sounds like I should just apply anyways.
Do you pay the 1800+ the rest at that point, when you apply for graduation?

Thinking through Davewill's timing, for students taking the AUG-OCT classes via TESU, they end 22OCT and grades aren't formalized for what, another week or 2? So that pushes it into November, anyway, for when TESU expects stuff to be done (as they say on the schedule Davewill mentioned). If you've submitted your form right around the 1OCT deadline, they do the audits in the order received. So you might not even get an initial audit until November, given the likely rush. And if they know that something is coming in November, they might spot the deficiency and give you a few weeks to get it done. I'd say plow ahead, and if it looks like you're close, submit right before the 1OCT deadline. If you can't squeeze it in, they'll just bump you to March, but it will at least give you a chance. I don't know if submitting earlier would be beneficial, as I don't know how many "re-audits" they'll do...the initial, the follow-up...but I would think that there's a limit before they just outright bump you. So I'd tend to go closer to the absolute deadline, with the hope that the reaudit is far enough into Nov/Dec that you could swing it.
Another 'Hail Mary' option might be to suck it up and register for an August class at TESU. That way you KNOW they'll hold your audit until at least that is done...again, putting you in November, most likely.
