Billing with Epoch

Has there ever been any sort of reported billing issues with EPOCH? iv bee looking them up before going through with a temporary subscription cancellation. They seem to have a very scetchy history billing people unnecessary amounts and what not. Share your experiences.

I have never had any problem being billed by them. They have canceled my subscription every time with out any problem.
