Help Understanding My CLEP Credits

It did not win an award for being a top school. It merely tied with Sonoma for having the highest percentage of students over 25. Having a high percentage of students over 25 is not the same as receiving an award for being a top school.

I will be checking up on making sure my school will articulate with the University I am planning on attending and hopefully begin my CLEP-taking!

If you do CLEP inside your articulation agreement, then the scores can be sent to your community college. If you are NOT inside an articulation, then you don't have to have them sent anywhere since it will be up to the college that issues your DEGREE, not that you attend in the meantime.

There is a myth that it's an extra $20 per test if you don't have scores forwarded- but it's not that. It's $20 TOTAL when you are done testing for a single transcript from CLEP (The College Board) with all your scores. Since you are not at that university now, you wouldn't send your CLEP transcript until you are in that system/applying/etc. Again, if you are not inside a written transfer agreement, you need to use the university's policy as a guide, not the community college - even though you are a community college student.

Lol.. I guess I should read the articles instead of skimming...

You can still say "Recognized as a top school for learners over 25." Not bad Smile
