If you are talking about the Humanities CLEP worth 6 credits--that is what TESC accepts--6 credits

I guess now I shall ask.. My highschool son is beginning his degree at TESC. for his Bachelor of Science in Applied Science & Technology - he needs 12 humanities credits as follows:
Technical Report Writing - 3
Electives - 9

Well, he's already completed 6 of those credits passing the Analyzing and Interpreting Literature. If he takes the humanities clep now and its worth 6 credits, where do those extra 3 credits go? Can they be transferred toward his general education electives? Sorry for the ignorance, we are new at this.

Yes, the A & I will move to Gen Ed. Not sure off hand how many gen ed credits go with Applied Science, but if is the standard 18 then your extras will end there.

Question: you say you need Humanities-12, Tech Writing for 3 and electives for 9. I guess the humanities elective confused me? I think usually just humanities would be in Humanities section (not electives). I'll look after while. I'm sure someone will be along soon that knows off the top of their heads.
