How hard are the questions on Ethics in America DSST?

How hard are the questions on Ethics in America DSST? Is instantcert alone a good source by which to pass the test? Can anyone give me some pointers?

IMHO the ACE assessment of Ethics in America as upper-level is accurate, but it's not as hard as -- say -- Principles of Finance. There are more questions that test your ability to apply a concept than there are on a CLEP. There are easy questions that test your knowledge of terms and basics, too. IC alone? I am in the 'never use just IC' camp. This was almost my first IC-only exam, but I ended up using other materials and I am glad I did.

Also, if you're a business major there's now a DSST for Business Ethics that folks are raving about.
