How long until StraighterLine gives a final grade?

I just finished my Organizational Behavior final today (72% on the final, wasn't motivated at all) and have a total course grade of 890/1000. My final score is in my grades section, but it says I need to contact my advisor for my grade and transcript.

Is this normal? How long will it take until SL allows me to proceed?

I'm going to open a support ticket now, but I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue.

No, you need to contact your advisor as there was a flag on your final. There's nothing to worry about... just call in.
This usually happens when there's a technical issue with the connection to the internet or to them...

They'll just take a few minutes to review your exam notes and also the "flag notes" and say you're good.
The grades will reflect in a flash, and on you go with your other courses... go get them while you're hot!

I had proctoru fail to report a proctoring session for my Western Civ II final. I submitted everything just to have them reject me adding it. Then when I questioned it they said I didn't take the final. I asked them how I was able to take the final then, I don't know the password. Long story short I basically gave up fighting with Straighterline and told them to reset my final and I will retake the exam. Took the exam AGAIN (took me 8mintues because this time I really didn't care how I did) and finally all is good again. I am hoping that my Income Tax TECEP is a Pass on the first try because then I am done with ProctorU for at least the foreseeable future.

ProctorU is not my favorite service by a long shot. They operate like those companies that have so much revenue coming in that even though they ask for feedback, there is no real reason in their eyes to do anything. It will be a solid win if Straighterline moved their partnership over to Examity proctoring like WGU. I have been really impressed by how much easier and organized their service is.

How do you know it was a ProctorU issue rather than a SL issue? Not saying you're wrong, just not seeing which side is at fault here from your description.
