Well, four of the CLEPs and one of the ECEs were for 6 credits each, so it's closer to four tests a week. But of course Christmas and New Year's were in that stretch too.

Now I'm putting in my time on the Business Strategy course, and I'm registered to take the Psychology GRE on 4/12. I should have my BSGB by May, and possibly a BS in Psych by fall. (There's that Research and Writing in the Majors requirement.)
As far as study materials, the CLEP Official Guide was the number one resource. IC flashcards come in at #2, and there were lots of Barron's books and miscellaneous stuff. My vanity kept me from buying any "Dummies" or "Idiots" books, but I came to like the "Demystified" series quite a bit. For the ECEs, I splurged for all the practice exams they offered, and I wished they offered more. The DSST book in .PDF format was a great help too.

Do you happen to have a breakdown of what exams you took, and any other validations of them, in order to validate my own courseware plans?

I would have to agree with Cinderly. I thought that testing out of college courses was a scam so I decided to go the long route. So far, I have 30 credits by testing out.

Knocked out 40 credits in 2008 despite traveling three weeks and participating one week in a military field exercise. In reality completed it all in 8 weeks. Fast pace, but haste makes wasteâ¦see all of the Cs! Just waiting on results for the last two exams...
Crossing my fingers.
