As far as I'm aware, they only really change it every 2 or 3 years at the most. They just updated/changed a few things this year so they're probably done for a while.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)

They actually change things quite a bit... easily multiple times per year. Most changes are based on student feedback and pass rates. Granted these are small changes, but they also do big sweeping changes every couple of years. The latter are the ones you tend to hear about on the forum since they end up affecting the degree requirements or the number of transferable courses.

While I was doing my MBA, parts of the program were changed or updated at a few different points. And that was in the span of 6 months.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23

Complete:
MBA (IT Management), 2019, Western Governors University
BSBA (Computer Information Systems), 2019, Thomas Edison State University
ASNSM (Computer Science), 2019, Thomas Edison State University
