This would more appropriately be called a blended program because students have class on campus every other Saturday and occasionally on Thursdays. The program requires no dissertation, capstone, or major project.

The dissertation requirement:
"...students are expected to initiate and maintain a professional portfolio and to develop and present a dissertation based on their Transformative Leadership Project at the end of their 6th semester in the program."

Yes, it was a bit difficult to discern. But when I looked at the courses, there were so many related to research methods it caused me to search the descriptions further.
