I could be wrong, but PennFoster Finance class has no proctored final

Ok I just "finished" this class today.
I did all the regular multiple choice open book online tests and when I got those done I noticed that the button for the final exam didn't look like the button for the computer analysis classes I have which have the word "proctor" somewhere in them.
So I click the button and it opens up an exam submission page. I then have to download the exam booklet which has a bunch of questions a little different in format and flavor from the multiple choice questions.
It states that I need to answer the questions in a word doc showing my work and my student ID and then upload that for grading.

I think thats it.

If this is it I am going to be very happy. I hope this is the way things are going with Penn Foster in the future. If so then I'll probably take more classes from them.

I love the ability to test out completely at home with no proctor.

I'll call them on monday to find out if I'm really done.

A few classes don't have proctors. My art class was unproctered. Any class not taken for credit (cert level) is non-proctored.

BrandX, you said your art class did not have a proctored exam. Would that course be Art Appreciation? I am asking because I know someone that is considering taking it. Thanks
