Congratulations! You should really feel very proud of your accomplishment. There are those in this forum who strongly recommend getting an associate's degree conferred. Not only do you have a sense of accomplishment, but it sounds WAY better than my 5,211,908 credits that only amount to "some college" on my resume. Not only does the degree show your are able to focus and achieve a goal, it will help if life gets in the way, and your bachelors degree is delayed.

Best wishes!

Excellent work! Keep going. As LateBloomer said an AA looks great on your job application vs some college. Great job congrats!

AngelaP Wrote:I got my official email today that I earned my Associates degree from COSC. It may not seem like much to some, but it is a big accomplishment for me and I could not have done it without this board and the input from so many of you. Thanks for everything!! Now I am on to complete my bachelors from TESC, so look for those posts to be coming shortly!

Never, never, NEVER downplay your awesome accomplishment...You've gained a college degree and you've gained knowledge - both of which can NEVER be taken away...

It took me eleven years post-high school to complete my AA through non-traditional education - for me the AA was a MIRACLE.
