D2L IPO - They want a piece of that pie!

In the LMS arena, we have the big 3 - Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle.  Enter the newbie D2L!

It seems this D2L company wants to hit the big boys with their IPO and have a piece of that pie...  

I haven't tried any of their LMS setups, I wonder how they fair with the industry leaders in the LMS field.
