Thank you to everyone who offered advice and help here!
I did look into masters programs and the TESU cert based on the advice here.
Eventually, I reached out to the community college that I took 19 credits at and determined that I would qualify for a board of governors AAS even though I already have a bachelor's degree (specifically because I do not have an associates already). I am set to graduate this December.
The service here was excellent and I will leave future viewers with one tip: If you work at a community college, they will often times waive their tuition rates in addition to paying for your books. Groundskeeper, security, janitor, front desk admissions - all of these are avenues of full time employment while taking courses each semester.
