I'm Listening to an interview at Starbucks

This is interesting, a business owner is having a meeting with a younger man who is looking to get out of banking and into a established sales company. The interviewer is asking the interviewee what they studied at CU Boulder. He said Business in which he then asked what area. So it does come up during the interview process, however, it still sounded though that experience is key.
