MIS300EX csuglobal
Haag, S., & Cummings, M. (2013). Management information systems for the information age (9th ed.). Boston, MA: McGraw Hill. ISBN-13: 9780073376851
End goal is to get a cheap bachelor degree {CIS} that transfers to online master's degree at ncsu. I'm thinking statistics because less prerequisites. Vs computer science.

Started in January 2016 after NC prevented enrollment in WGU.
Clep, Dsst: Statistics, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, World religions, Intro to Computers, American Government, Sociology, Fundamentals of Cybersecurity, Prin finance.
Straighterline: C++, Intro Comm, Accounting 1, Accounting 2, Business law, Managerial Acct, Business ethics, Into business, Organizational behavior,
CSU Global: Basic programming COS-208, Systems Analysis and Design.
TECEP: Network Technology, Strategic Management, business in society.
Saylor: Bus210 for Bus311 credit

denied enrollment to WGU October 2015 b/c NC sucks.
Prep for WGU: A+, NET+, Project+, Security+, CCENT, OCA java.

i got a 79% i didn't realize that this was the precursor to information systems analysis and design until i started reading. it ended up being pretty easy study time. i flipped through the given study cards and an old edition book. it only took 3 days to grade, oddly, I'm still waiting for my information systems analysis and design grade after a week and a half.

Thanks for responding to this: Studying for my own DSST right now and wasn't sure how "up to date" the flashcards were or if they'd really be enough. Seems like it'll be fine. (I got a 70% on the practice exam from Prometric, so I was feeling fairly confident)

This course duplicated information systems analysis and design and being a bit lower lever, it was a bit easier. I cannot say that this is policy, but it happened. so call ahead. definitly call ahead i like to use the learner center as an operator to get to where i need to be 1-888-442-8372 lastly, don't forget to have the CSU registrar email tesu registrar or transcripts dept the dates that you took the exam. if you don't do this it will create lots of confusion.

I have on my notes that TESU will not take this course at all, so it's interesting that they gave it a duplicate course number for a course they will accept (and actually require for the BSBA CIS degree).
