Microbiology Course Online for College Science Credit | StraighterLine
But will it be good for "understanding the physical and natural world" requirement?
Thomas Edison State University | General Education - 2016 or After don't see any kind of microbiology listed there :/

Yes, it's pretty cheap for 3 credits...
I still think it's a partnership between Saylor and Straighterline to get the full ACE Credit
They have one for Statistics too, I mentioned it in the other thread posted a month or so ago, see link below.

Intro to Bio and Bio of Dogs both satisfiy the requirement, it'd be odd if Microbiology didn't. But you're right, TESU's page doesn't list it. Definitely worth clarifying with an advisor.

Yes, it's best to check with academic advising.
If you search for PLA courses that they would look into, Microbiology is BIO 351
Thomas Edison State University: Online courses, independent study courses, exams, general education electives, prior learning assessment and other courses designed around the unique needs of adults
In my previous links it corresponds to the same thing (shows Bio 351 equivalency)
I guess it's not a course they teach, but will grant credit for.

They'll definitely grant credit, but the question is if BIO-351 will satisfy "understanding the physical and natural world."
I can't imagine it wouldn't, but that's just speculation.

That list only includes TESU courses. TESU does not offer Microbiology. Any course with a BIO prefix will fulfill the understanding the physical and natural world requirement.
