Yikes.. I thought I had this all taken care of. Turns out that all the courses I have taken are for Reading.. not for English endorsement on my Teaching Certificate. I am in a rush to find 3 upper level ENGLISH courses to take. I can take all three at once. I checked CLEP and there are exams but I have totally forgotten how the process works... and as I recall they count as under grad credit. What a mess and bind I have myself in. BUT I know that the great gang here will know what to do. I still rave about this board and how it made all the difference when I had to jam out a second BA to get into my Masters program! Thanks in advance !

I don't think any school is going to give you any UL credits for the literature CLEPs.
These are graduate-level courses.
Literature | ACT Program
These are also graduate-level courses, but I don't know if any of these will count as English or literature.

I'm not familiar with courses specifically for teacher endorsement, but BYU has a number of self-paced UL English courses, including
ENGL 313: EXPOSITORY WRITING FOR ELEMENTARY EDUCATION MAJORS.
Also,
Adams State University and
Western Washington University have UL English courses that are self-paced with rolling enrollment (I'm taking a writing course at WWU now).
I hope this is helpful... good luck!
