Is it a big deal? Probably only to the one doing the earning lol. TESC doesn't award Latin Honors, so honestly, I was a little ticked that my 3.875 GPA didn't earn the distinction.
Latin Honors anyone?

I was confused by the title too. Sometimes you have to "dumb it down" for us common folks. I was ready to bust out in my favorite intellectual Spanish phrase, "Donde esta la biblioteca?" Now when I've used this phrase in the "real world" with my gringo accent, I've gotten extremely puzzled looks:ack:.

You can probably use it somehow at EC towards your Eng Lit degree.I did some Latin in highschool, and some day I'm going to pick it up and learn it all the way. But really: College Board should have a Latin CLEP! You've probably taken Technical Writing...if not, wow was that an easy exam.

But, I have done the PF Business and Technical Writing class (cause TESC required it) so I am thinking that it will be duplicative. But, I will contact my EC advisor and see if it's an option. Thanks for the heads up.

I thought "Latin Honors" was some type of Lifetime Achievement Award for Latin Entertainers such as Enrique Iglesia, Gloria Estefan, Ricky Martin, Eric Estrada, and the greatest of all time, RICO SUAVE! On a serious note, you're just one test away from completing your goal of utter intellectual domination and tossing people to the side who prefer to watch Alvin & Chipmunk Squeakel as opposed to reading books:hurray: .
