I also used Snazzlefrag's study notes which can be found HERE. I mainly used that to help me get started with the IC cards, and to cram on the way to the testing center. Oh, and the day before I took the test I got the Idiot's Guide, which is pretty much just IC, but I like using multiple resources. With only those resources I thought the test was easy, I got one of my best DSST scores to date: 476. ~ Laura ~

I just took it today, and got 452 using InstaCert and by reading assorted stuff...I found the material very difficult, since I have little interest in religion (I'm agnostic) and therefore can't say that I'm an expert on any of them.
I'm glad that it is behind me! e

I was certain I had failed this exam after concentrating on the non-christian religions since I grew up in a Christian home. Big mistake. I eeked out a pass with a 415, but I was on pins and needles for the month it took to get my results.

I'm about to take it on Wednesday... I was going to take it today but I didn't think I was ready. I was kind of bored so I took CLEP Principles of Marketing without any study and scored a 55.

I passed it with a 428 several months ago... It wasn't too bad of a test. I used IC and The Illustrated Guide to World Religions by Dean Halverson.

I think a lot of this test depends on prior knowledge, I passed with a 454 after reading a DK book on World Religions, but I am notoriously bad about under studying :/ Probably it was easier for me growing up in a Christian home and being obsessed with history.
I would advise using Instantcert and hey, maybe get that DK book from your library This test really doesn't seem that difficult though, good luck!
