It's known that Laureate is trying to offload their extra weight and focus on their main businesses such as Walden University and so on. 

Strategic Ed is the merger of Capella and Strayer parent companies and they now have acquired Laureate's "Down Under" operations.  Wow, they must be making some changes and those have helped them experience some growth along the way.  I wonder if that was the case to offer free courses on Sophia to attract more students into their degree offerings.
