Thanks, BJ. I understand, but am not looking to return to UT to retake drama classes at this point. The good news is that I still need a bunch of credits, so I think I can boost the GPA over time.

Definitely contact admissions before assuming you won't be admitted. The GPA rules may have nuances that would either allow them to overlook these incompletes, or let you enroll on a probationary basis.
Don't overlook the possibility of obtaining a waiver from the registrar or dean for your GPA, even if you don't qualify for admission. Especially if your incompletes were due to circumstances beyond your control. It can't hurt to inquire or apply for such. Things that would be worthwhile to include in such a request: * An otherwise good record * Any reasons why you would be a better student now. * The explanation for the incompletes and why you did not complete them later. I would expect that they would be sympathetic to a returning student whose mistakes are 30 years in the past.

It'll take several A grades from another institution to offset the one grade. If you just want to bump up your grade slightly, you can take ETAMUC, UMPI, or any CBE program and get the higher letter grade bump by completing them. Does this mean that if I have C or F classes taken at TESU, if I retake the same course at TESU, it will remove the C and/or F and replace it with the new grade?

For most institutions, the better of the two grades will be used to calculate the GPA, however, the failed grades will still show on your transcript. It's just not used in the GPA calculations as the better grade will be replacing the less favorable one. Only institutions that have an academic forgiveness program will actually omit the failed grades entirely from the GPA and transcripts if you meet certain criteria...
