Management Concepts to TESC (via ACE) question

I took a course with Management Concepts shown below.

ACE accepts the course and it has been approved.

Since I'm not enrolled in TESC I was hoping someone can assist me in determing if the course will fall under a Gen Ed, Business Core, or Free Elective.

I am working on my BSBA.

Objective: To provide contract specialists, purchasing agents, and those government-wide purchase card holders wishing to increase their single purchase limit above the micro-purchase threshold with an understanding of the simplified methods of procurement detailed in Part 13 and related parts of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

Learning Outcome: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to discuss the laws governing the use of required sources and simplified acquisitions; describe the responsibilities and authority of participants in the process; evaluate purchase requests; make source of supply decisions; acquire supplies and services from established sources or the open market; apply socioeconomic policies and procedures; and administer purchase, task, and delivery orders.
