Master list of tests that overlap w/ suggested orders?
#1
I thought I saw a list of CLEP + DSST + ECE tests, grouped by subject and in a suggested order, but now I can't seem to find it. Is it on this site? Was I hallucinating?

If it exists, here or elsewhere, can someone please post the link? I know everybody is different, but it seems there is enough overlap between them and enough collective wisdom on this board saying things like "take this test to learn the basics, and then you already know enough to pass this other one" to compile a "master list" in one place for reference.

Thanks in advance!!

I LOVE the list that Justin has put together at free-clep-prep. I also wanted to post a link to COSC's really helpful master list. It also mentions tests such as AP and TECEP.

Awesome, thanks.

Question: Is the COSC list in order by coverage, i.e. the ones higher up the list in a particular category prep you for the ones farther down? I ask because (for example) Justin lists A&I before American Lit, but COSC has the reverse. Also, Justin starts the History discipline with Western Civ I and II followed by History of the US I & II, while COSC starts with History of the Vietnam War and doesn't seem to have a pattern.

Or maybe I just don't understand the reason they have them structured this way? (probably the case)

Thanks again.

Justin put more thought into his list and did a better job Smile I just like to add the COSC list because they include almost every test you can think of. They group them by subject, but it's not quite that simple. For example, COSC lists management and business separately even though they are both applicable to business.

So when I was thinking about what tests to do next, I would use the COSC list just to make sure that I was looking at all of my options. It was nice to see every single test out there that COSC accepts, and while the grouping isn't great, it is kind of grouped alphabetically by subject.
