Both of these are DSST exams and I have taken both. I personally found HTYH easier because I have been in healthcare for over 25 yrs. Both exams are very doable if you study. I would think they should each require about the same effort if you don't have a medical background. If you study the IC flashcards and follow the specific exam feedback suggestion you should be able to pass each easily. Good luck in whichever you choose!
