Does anyone know if it was difficult getting accepted into a B&M school after getting their BA from TESC? Do any of the NY/NJ State schools have a relationship for admission with TESC?

I would imagine that only an extremely selective school or a school with a very limited number of slots would care about the prestige of your undergraduate school. The majority of schools only care about the basics: regional accreditation, GPA, and scores on GMAT/GRE and sometimes letters of recommendation, work experience, and community service. There are even brick and mortar schools that have open enrollment or extremely low admissions standards (2.5 GPA and no GRE required). There are plenty of politicians in my area that went from the local community college, to a state university, to an Ivy League school.
